Who we are
Daniel has more than 11 years’ experience in creating 3D assets for Film and Games. Dan started out as a 3D modeler at VFX studio The Orphanage before joining the art outsourcing company Massive Black where he became the 3D and Studio Director, overseeing every aspect from client interactions, to HR, to 3D pipeline and quality control. In 2010, Dan founded RedHot CG to provide high-quality, low-cost 2D and 3D services for the film, TV and game industries.
His credits include high profile features like: Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, Hellboy, and Day After Tomorrow as well as contributions to many of the top-selling AAA games titles of recent years, including Tomb Raider, The Last of Us, God of War: Ascension, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, Far Cry 3, Thief, Fallout 3, Bioshock 2, and many others.
Vincent has over 10 years’ experience in both the creative and business side of media and art production – covering production, business development and project management roles across print, web, broadcast and film. Vincent spent nearly 7 years at Lucasfilm in both artistic and administrative roles and played mentor and judge in international CG competitions across Asia.
His credits include high profile features like: Star Wars : The Clone Wars series as well as Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol and Marvel’s The Avengers, as well as other short films in Australian and the Cannes film festivals.
Harmony Zhou has been in the advertising industry for 15 years. Harmony was previously Producer for 4A agencies such as Dentsu Beijing ,TBWA Beijing ,BBDO Beijing ,LOWE Beijing, EURO Beijing etc. and Executive Producer for both Film Directors and some production companies in China. Harmony has accumulated years of experience in project coordination and building successful relationships with direct clients, agencies and production companies.

With over 16 years’ VFX experience, Sebastian began his career as a 2D/3D Designer before specializing in 3D for feature films and TVC. In recent years, he has traveled around the world working in prestigious companies like “Pixomondo”,“Scanline VFX”, “Hydraulx”, “Image Engine”, “Fuel VFX”, “Framestore”, “Celluloid VFX” and “Fin Design & Effects” among others.

Juan I. Salgado
VFX Supervisor / Head of 2D
With over 9 years’ of VFX experience, Juan began his career as a Motion Designer before specializing in 2D for feature films and commercials. Juan has led large teams and worked in a good number of high profile studios around the globe, including: “Industrial Light & Magic”, “Pixomondo”, “Fuel VFX”, “BaseFX”, among others.

Head of Technology
Fedor has over 10 years’ experience in software development and VFX pipeline setup. A software engineer at heart, Fedor led and developed software and database projects within different industries before discovering he could fuse two of his greatest passions – creating beautiful images and programming – as a career. At Pixomondo, Fedor developed in-house tools and systems for both VFX artists and production management for Feature Films like “Oblivion” and “Star Trek: Into Darkness” used across their studios worldwide.
