+ VFX Artist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce high quality VFX designs according to the clients needs.
  • Communicate proactively on task status with collegues and clients, submit tasks as required and make revisions based on clients feedback.
  • Work within the technical constraints of various game engines.
  • Collaborate with artists and technical artists to ensure expected results are achieved.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in VFX production.
  • Experience creating real-time effects in game engines (Unreal/Unity/CryEngine, etc.).
  • Proficient with most game development tools (SD, Houdini, Maya, 3DS Max, AfterEffects, Perforce, ect.).
  • Proficient with 3D graphics, particle systems, physics, ribbons, ect.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and adapt to various art styles and engine related tasks, (projects vary from realistic to stylized).
  • Self-driven, and an excellent communicator.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills are a plus.

+ Tools Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the initial setup and support for client provided tool bases.
  • Maintaining Keywords internal tool base; listening to artist feedback and tool requests (Maya/Max/Blender/ Houdini/ect.).

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills. Ability to work with technical documentation.
  • Python knowledge required, C# or C++ is a big plus.
  • Perforce/Git.
  • Ability to create technical documentation.
  • Self-motivated and proactive to address technical challenges.
  • Teamwork is required

+ Rigging Artist

Job Responsiblities:

  • Respsonbile for the skinning of character and creatures, expression setting, prop bidning; create accurate and friendly system of controls.
  • Work closelyt with characters artists and animators, providiing various types of poses and expressions.
  • With the ability to use deformation tools to achieve aniamtion-specific requirements and keep control clean.

Requirements:

  • Education/profession is not limited, proficient in rigging in Maya/Max, and expression work in blendshapes.
  • Good art skills, good command of the skeletal structure of various creaturues and simple mechanical construction.
  • Passion for animation, strong sense of responsbility and patience, good teamnwork spitit.
  • Experience in the following software/tools is preferred: Blender, MotionBuilder, Unreal/Unity.

+ 3D Hand-Painted Artist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete models and textures for props and weapons in video games independently based on concept art.
  • Make adjustments, modifications, and optimizations based on feedback to ensure high-quality work delivery.

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of relevant work experience in art-related fields.
  • Have a certain aesthetic ability, analytical ability, able to accurately follow the concept art and complete high-quality assets.
  • Familiar with PBR workflow, have work experience in hand-painting projects.
  • Proficient in using softwares such as Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter and other softwares.
  • Good learning ability, communication skills, proactive problem solving.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, team player, and strong ability to follow through goals.

+ Level Artist

Job Responsbilities

  • Understand and digest the game design documents to get a feel for the environments, objectives, atmospheres, story and style to create game levels, follow the visual references and respect the artistic direction.
  • Discuss level contenet with the Lead Artist and set out time and planning estimates by order of priority.
  • Take responsibility for your level, including organizing modelling and texturing needs, following up on progress and quality with the Lead Artist.
  • Integrate assets and textures into the level to enhance the overall picture effect and artistic atmosphere of the product.

Requirements:

  • Strong 3D modeling skills in Maya/Max and texturing skills in Substance Painter, knowledge of additional software (Zbrush, Speedtree, World Machine, etc.) and trim textures and UDIMSs, more than 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with PBR pipeline and real-time engines. Ideally have experience with UE5 including nanite and lumen
  • Great understanding of proportion, scale, perspective, lighting and color.
  • A good team player, willing to work collaberatively and receive feedback and guicance from the rest of the team.
  • Ability to work within an established art style and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent speaking and writing communication skills in English are a strong plus.
  • Understanding modular kit design, be able to mentally break down concept art into modular compononent pieces.

+ Art Director

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand client's requirements and artistic style of various projects. Provide art guidance for Chinese production team.
  • Responsible/answer to the client for the visual direction and QC of work.
  • Building rapport, trust, and clear lines of communication with clients.
  • Help with estimation, team feedback and pipeline development.
  • Leading teams of artists by instruction and setting example.
  • Define and communicate the key components of the project style and design.
  • Collaborate with different 3D Art teams, coordinate resources and projects between mutliple internal Chinese and external teams and studios.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about games, provem 3+ years art leadership working experience as in either the game industry or related entertainment industry.
  • Excellent Chinese and English (written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong game production work experience showcasing top quality work.
  • Ability to work in multiple software packages and game engines (ie. 3DS Max, Maya, Zbrush, Unreal, Unity).
  • Expert understanding of industry standard technique and tools.
  • Excellent communcication skills, with an understanding for the value of listening to as well as providing feedback, confidence to ask the right questions.

+ 3D Photogrammetry Artist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with 3D photogrammetry pipeline, being able to set up and use photogrammetry equipment (mainly camera) and related softwares to process the target assets (outfits, props, food, etc.) and get the final output (mesh/textured mesh).
  • According to the project requirements, plan, prepare and optimize the photgrammetry setup before the project kickstarts. Spot and eliminate the problem occured during the photogrammetry workflow to bring up the overall efficiency.
  • Responsible for handling questions and demands from coworkers and clients.
  • Responsible for the maintanance of 3D equipment and related assets.
  • Complete other work assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • College degree or above, majoring in science and technilogy, willing to work in the 3D scanning and photogrammetry industry.
  • 1-3 years of 3D modelling or scanning-related experiences, have experience in using cameras and other 3D scanning equipment and related software (such as Reality Capture) is preferred.
  • Passionate about technical work, with a strong sense of enterprise, good impersonality and communication skills and being a team player.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese would be a big plus.

+ Technical Artist

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and update the latest game production technology.
  • Target and address any art-related technical issues.
  • Maintain and update game engines provided by the clients, and support in training the artists.
  • Maintain and improve the production pipeline and content library.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Ability to work with technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of at least one 3D DCC tool (Autodesk Maya, 3DS Max, ZBrush, Houdini, Speedtree, etc.)
  • Knowledge of high level coding language. (Python, MaxScript/Mel, Maya API plungin, Perl, C#, etc.)
  • Ability to create technical documentation on production pipeline and art contents.
  • Experience with commercial game engine.
  • Up to date knowledge of current art techniques and development processes.
  • Passion for videogames and extensive knowledge of different game genres across all platforms.
  • Expert in Marvelous Designer or Substance Designer is an advantage.

+ 3D Art Director

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the art style of various projects, and providing guidance on the overall art style for the art team
  • Able to lead other artists to complete tasks in time;

Requirements:

  • Experience in other modeling and texturing software is an advantage.

+ 3D Character Artist

Skills: Maya/3DSMax, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Design, etc. Create high quality 3D characters for use in next-gen games.

  • Art major or relevant experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong 3d modeling competency.
  • Strong capability on finishing characters, accessories, clothing, etc.

+ Concept Artist

Join our concept art team and visualize ideas, or create stunning 2d artwork for upcoming game productions. You will report directly to the art director. Art major or relevant experience.

  • Strong concept art portfolio.
  • Excellent proficiency in Photoshop.
  • Able to learn moderately technical tools quickly.
  • Good understanding of the 3D modeling process.
  • Able to work reliably within schedules.

+ Producer

As producer you will support the art teams to perform efficiently in their ongoing projects. You will manage the company’s resources in close collaboration with the art directors and ensure schedules and deadlines are met. Interface with international clients and support the bidding process. The producer reports to the executive producer. Experience in using industry standard project management software and tools.

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or an equivalent field.
  • Good understanding of the video game and art production process.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, additional language is a plus. Diligent, positive and very organized personality.
