WHO WE ARE
RedHot was founded in 2010 by veterans from the US and Chinese video game outsourcing industries, which has enabled us to run as lean as possible, while still offering a robust array of services, all without sacrificing quality or security. Over the years we have grown from a small core team, to a company hundreds strong, spread across multiple locations in China and one in Southeast Asia.
In 2017, RedHot became part of Keywords International Limited, a Public Limited Company trading on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker KWS. We have been honored to join the collection of exceptional studios that comprise the Keywords family.

Our Team
Co-founder of RedHot, Leo worked together with Dan starting from 2008, as a Project Manager. In 2010, when RedHot began, he came on board as COO.
Leo LING
Studio Operation Director, Shanghai
Joined Redhot in 2011. Dai has over 14 years of experience in the video game industry. He has been lead of Kunshan studio since 2020.
DAI Zhiqing
Studio Lead, Kunshan
As one of the earliest employees, Yu was a former verteran from Massive Black and witnessed the birth of RedHot. Yu has over 11 years of experience in the video game industry. He established the first branch studio in Zhengzhou in 2012.
YU Mingfeng
Studio Lead, Zhengzhou
Joined RedHot in 2013. Hong has over 9 years of experience in the video game industry. He has been lead of Dalian studio since 2016.
HONG Jingyuan
Studio Lead, Dalian
Henny helped found the Indonesia office in Yogyakarta in 2012, and has been overseeing studio development and operations since then. She has 14+ years' experience in the game industry, having worked for companies such as Matahari Studios, Ksatria Gameworks Singapore, and Singapore Polytechnic.
Henny PURWADI

Joined the Mindwalk in 2014, Luo has over 9 years of experience as a lead character artist in the game industry. He has been lead of Changsha studio since 2022.
LUO Xiangzi
Studio Lead, Changsha
Joined RedHot in 2011. Yue has over 9 years of experience in the video game industry. He has been lead of Chengdu studio since 2014.
YUE Biao
Studio Lead, Chengdu
Alex studied abroad in the U.S, with a B.A. in Organizational and Financial Management. Upon his return to China he decided to follow his passion and joined the gaming industry, eventually finding his way to RedHot.
